Vom 9. März bis zum 12. April 2013 präsentiert die Galerie Serigraffeur stolz die Einzelausstellung des in Berlin lebenden italienischen Künstlers Vacon Sartirani. Sein unverwechselbarer Stil erkundet die surrealen Tiefen der menschlichen Existenz mit einer strengen, ganz eigenen Rot-Blau-Palette und verbindet die Bildtradition des Memento mori mit einem persönlichen, traumartigen Universum alltäglicher Liebe. Gezeigt wird eine Retrospektive seiner jüngsten Editionen, darunter bisher unveröffentlichte Siebdrucke.

Weltpremiere: Am Eröffnungsabend feiert das Künstlerbuch „Nella Grotta“ in der Galerie Weltpremiere – eine verblüffende, düstere und bizarre Erzählung surrealer Selbstbetrachtung, kunstvoll illustriert mit 12 fantasievollen Linolschnitten. Die limitierten Linolschnitt-Editionen sind während der gesamten Ausstellung erhältlich.

SOLO SHOW
From the 9th of March to the 12th of April 2013, Serigraffeur gallery is proud to present the solo show by the Berlin-based Italian artist Vacon Sartirani. His unique style explores the surreal depths of human existence with the skilful employment of a strict and peculiar red and blue palette, combining the visual tradition of the memento mori with a personal, dreamlike universe of everyday love. The space will host a retrospective of the artist's most recent edition work, including previously unreleased silkscreen editions.

World premiere: during the opening night, the gallery will feature the world premiere of the artist's book "Nella Grotta" – an astonishing, gloomy and bizarre tale of surreal introspection, artfully illustrated by an imaginative set of 12 linocuts. Limited editions of the linocuts will be available for sale during the whole exhibition.

Du 9 mars au 12 avril 2013, la galerie Serigraffeur est fière de présenter l'exposition personnelle de l'artiste italien installé à Berlin Vacon Sartirani. Son style unique explore les profondeurs surréalistes de l'existence humaine avec une palette rouge et bleue stricte et singulière, mêlant la tradition visuelle du memento mori à un univers personnel et onirique de l'amour au quotidien. L'espace accueille une rétrospective de ses éditions les plus récentes, dont des sérigraphies inédites.

Première mondiale : le soir du vernissage, la galerie présente en avant-première mondiale le livre d'artiste « Nella Grotta », un récit étonnant, sombre et bizarre d'introspection surréaliste, superbement illustré par une série de 12 linogravures pleines d'imagination. Les éditions limitées des linogravures seront en vente pendant toute l'exposition.
