Let's start 2017 with something unusual in our Gallery: handpainted posters. We are happy to invite our friend Andrey Kasar from notsofar Russia to come present his latest work as part of a European Tour.
Mixing together his inspirations from US advertising posters of 1950s and the strongest USSR graphic era - – the Russian avant-garde of the 1920s and 1930s -, Andrey Kasay delivers a reflection on the unconscious consumption and sneers at consumption as the meaning of life, consuming everything from the drinks to the weapons, with unnatural smiles.
